I help charities secure vital funding by providing hands-on support, fresh perspective and specialist knowledge in Trusts and Foundations.

With 15 years’ experience as a frontline fundraiser — and now over a decade as a freelancer — I understand the realities of juggling internal demands, donor expectations and tight deadlines. That’s why I don’t see myself as a consultant looking in from the outside but as an extension of your team: someone who can bring extra capacity, practical solutions and trusted advice when you need it most.

I love finding out about the amazing work that your charities do and what challenges you are facing.  You may already know how you want me to help - i.e directly supporting trust and foundation applications so that you can increase the number you are applying to or it could be a general review of your case for support or your fundraising strategy.  I have no set way of working or approaching situations but am happy (free of charge) to work with you to see how best I can help.

 With over 30 years of fundraising experience across all areas of the income mix — and a particular specialism in Trusts and Foundations — I can step in to give your team the boost it needs.

Support I offer includes:

• Researching and identifying new Trust and Foundation prospects
• Writing and reviewing funding applications
• Reviewing and developing a comprehensive case for support
• Developing and strengthening fundraising strategies
• Providing short-term capacity to cover busy periods or staff gaps. 

Whatever support you require, I charge a flat daily fee of £300 — no hidden costs or different rates depending on the task.

My goal is simple: to help you and your charity raise the money it needs to keep doing the amazing work it does. I’d love to work alongside you to make that happen.
